Comment on Candidates for Magistrate Judge Appointment

D.C. 高等法院 Committee on the Selection and Tenure of Magistrate Judges invites comments from the bench, 酒吧, and public regarding the fitness of 22 candidates to fill two pending magistrate judge vacancies on 高等法院. The committee will submit the names of three applicants for each vacancy to the chief judge of 高等法院. 除了, the Advisory Merit Selection Panel, comprising attorneys and community members, will also review the candidates and make recommendations to the chief judge and the committee.
